Our Policy
At Copy UI, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and services. Due to the nature of our digital products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds on completed purchases.
Exceptions
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you experience technical issues or believe there has been an error in your purchase, please contact our support team within 48 hours of your purchase at support@copyui.com. We will review each case individually and work with you to resolve any issues.
Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No additional charges will be made after the current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period
Billing Errors
If you discover any billing errors or unauthorized charges, please contact us immediately. In accordance with Stripe's policies, we will investigate and resolve any legitimate billing issues promptly.
